Preparation for the Goethe Institute exam

The Goethe Institute certificate is globally recognized as proof of your German language proficiency. For your CV, an international position, an expat situation, or simply as a personal milestone, an official certificate makes a difference.

An official Goethe-Institut certificate not only enhances your CV but can also increase your position in the job market and your international opportunities — especially in a business context where German often makes the difference. This course prepares you individually for the official Goethe Institute language exam from level A2 to C2. You will practice specifically for the exam requirements and build the necessary grammar, vocabulary, and language skills. The preparation is fully tailored to your current level and the desired exam level and is an ideal complement to programs where the oral aspect is more central.

At the start of your program, you will receive a specially formatted, detailed language level assessment. This assessment is not the general level quiz, but a specific analysis that compares your knowledge per level, for example, A2 compared to B1, so that your program is tailored to your prior knowledge from day one.

Note: this is a preparatory course. The exam itself is administered by and at the Goethe Institute, where it takes place regularly. You book your exam directly through the Goethe Institute. The exam prices (exam only) range from € 135 (A2) to € 368 (C2) for adults and are not included in our course price.

The coaching is 1-on-1 and is provided by a native German with an academic background. Sessions take place via Teams or Zoom, including access to a personal course platform.
