An inspiring and practical course for hospitality and event professions starting from A2 language level — intensive and fully tailored to the art of hospitality, from first contact to unforgettable experience, with and for German-speaking clients and partners.

You start when it suits you and work weekly on real situations that matter to you: welcoming guests, small talk, providing information, confirming appointments, answering questions, and clearly and charmingly explaining practical matters around an event in German. Upon request, we dive into your specific work environment together and work with concrete examples from recurring situations in your own practice.

The coaching is 1-on-1 and is provided by a native German with an MBA and entrepreneurial experience, or by a teacher of your choice. Everything is tailored to your role, your industry, and your pace — via Teams or Zoom, including access to a personal course platform.
